Install Hoopspot on your phone

Hoopspot works like a real app — no App Store needed. Add it to your home screen in under a minute and launch it with a tap, like any other app.

iPhone & iPadSafari required

Install on iOS

1Open myhoopspot.ca in Safari. Chrome and other browsers on iPhone can't install apps — it must be Safari.
2Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom of the screen.
3Scroll down in the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen.
4Confirm the name "Hoopspot" and tap Add in the top-right corner.
5The Hoopspot icon now sits on your home screen. Tap it to open the app in full-screen mode.

AndroidChrome recommended

1Open myhoopspot.ca in Chrome (or Edge / Samsung Internet — all work).
2You may see an "Install app" banner near the address bar — tap it and you're done. If not, continue below.
3Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
4Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen on older versions).
5Confirm Install. The Hoopspot icon lands in your app drawer and home screen.

Is it really free to install?

Yes. Installing Hoopspot is free. Only Hoopspot Pro (ranked play and extras) is a paid subscription.

Will I get updates?

Yes — updates arrive automatically the next time you open the app. No manual updates needed.

I don't see "Add to Home Screen" on iPhone.

Make sure you're using Safari, not Chrome or another browser. The option only appears in Safari on iOS.

Can I uninstall it?

Yes — press and hold the Hoopspot icon on your home screen and choose Remove / Uninstall, just like any other app.
