Seven tiers. One ladder. Here's what each rank means and how you climb the ranks in Hoopspot ranked play.

How the ladder works

The seven tiers
  1. Bench Warmer

    0–1249 Elo

    Riding the pine. Get in the gym and earn your minutes.

    To reach Rookie— climb to 1250 Elo (1250 points from the bottom of Bench Warmer).
  2. Rookie

    1250–1399 Elo

    Fresh out the tunnel. Learning the game one run at a time.

    To reach Pro— climb to 1400 Elo (150 points from the bottom of Rookie).
  3. Pro

    1400–1549 Elo

    You belong out there. A steady hooper who knows the game.

    To reach Starter— climb to 1550 Elo (150 points from the bottom of Pro).
  4. Starter

    1550–1699 Elo

    In the opening five. Winning more than losing every night.

    To reach Baller— climb to 1700 Elo (150 points from the bottom of Starter).
  5. Baller

    1700–1849 Elo

    A problem on the court. Everyone at the park knows your game.

    To reach All-Star— climb to 1850 Elo (150 points from the bottom of Baller).
  6. All-Star

    1850–1999 Elo

    Top of the city. You take over games and set the pace.

    To reach Hall of Fame— climb to 2000 Elo (150 points from the bottom of All-Star).
  7. HOF

    Hall of Fame

    2000+ Elo

    The ceiling. Undisputed. They tell stories about your buckets.

Falling in tier? Drop below your tier's minimum Elo and you'll demote to the tier below on your next match.
