We want you to be happy with Hoopspot. If you're not satisfied with a paid purchase (including Hoopspot Pro), you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
All payments for Hoopspot are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. In test mode, refunds are auto-approved within 10 minutes.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for. To request a refund of the most recent charge as well, follow the steps above.
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us or Paddle first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in loss of access to the app.
